AFTER SALE SERVICE POLICY
SENFENG CNC & LASER TECHNOLOGY USA INC. We will be with you every step of the way once you purchase our products. It is in our best interest to provide and ensure you with the highest quality of after sale service. Our customers’ satisfaction is our priority.
SENFENG CNC & LASER offers a one year warranty on every machine, including all parts, for one year from the original date of purchase. SENFENG will repair or replace any defective parts (excluding shipping and handling) free of charge. On site repairs are available at a cost (varies from location to location and technician time).
SENFENG CNC & LASER Conditions of Warranty
1. The above warranty only applies to the original purchaser for products distributed and/or sold by SENFENG CNC & LASER.
2. Any after-market modification or add-on will not be warranted by SENFENG. Any repair or service is outside of the warranty, and is the responsibility of the Owner at their own cost.
3. This warranty is valid for normal use only and excludes the following:
i. Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper return shipping or installation;
ii. Acts of God such as fire, freezing temperatures, flood, lightning or improper electric current; or
iii. Service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized SENFENG technician;
iv. Damages incurred through irresponsible use, including but not limited to: Failure to use the water pump or chiller, failure to clean optical mirrors and lenses, failure to use air assist, failure to clean or lube guide rails with lubricant oil, or failure to properly store the laser in a properly conditioned environment.
4. SENFENG CNC & LASER is not responsible for any software programs, date, and information stored on any media or parts of any product repaired or replaced by SENFENG.
5. SENFENG Conditions of Warranty does not include any third party software or virus related programs caused by any software not provide by SENFENG.
6. SENFENG accepts no responsibility for loss of time or data from hardware failure. All customers are responsible for backing up any data. SENFENG takes no responsibility for any loss of work (downtime), for any product requiring service repair.
7. SENFENG offers annual renewal on our warrant. In the event of a resell of any of our product(s) from the original owner to a third party, our warranty becomes null and void.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENT
30 Days Guarantee
100% money back guarantee if you return your main unit in like new condition within 30 days (excludes shipping and handling, and optional accessories). If a part is damaged during transportation, we will send out a replacement part immediately, free of charge. We also replace defective parts and dead on arrival (DOA) parts with complimentary shipping but we do not refund shipping charges on return for refund units (includes defective on arrival parts/units).
Within the thirty (30) days, you may exercise your right to a refund or exchange.
A refund or exchange will be issued once the machine has been returned and is subject to a 10% restocking fee in the case of a refund. An exchange, however, is not subject to a restocking fee, shipping not included. No refund will be given for any training or installation. Any quantity of 3 or more machines will incur a charge of 15% or more.
For your convenience we advise you to keep and the original crate and packaging for possible return. Refunds exclude any shipping or handling. Any non-returned accessories will not be refunded. The shipping/handling fee originally charged will be used as the basis for the non-refundable shipping fees. Please call us prior to return shipping for confirmation.
